Details of the Job/Internship

Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan Attorneys is hiring an Associate – Competition Law with 1–3 years of experience to join their office in Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Antitrust Investigations:
  • Conduct legal research and analysis.
  • Assist in drafting responses to regulatory notices.
  • Support senior attorneys in developing legal strategies.
• Merger Filings:
  • Prepare merger notification filings.
  • Liaise with clients and regulatory authorities.
  • Conduct due diligence on competition law issues.
• Advisory Services:
  • Advise clients on compliance and best practices.
  • Assess business practices for competition law risks.
  • Draft legal opinions and memoranda.

Eligibility

• 1–3 years of post-qualification experience in competition law.
• Experience in antitrust, mergers, and competition advisory.
• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for competition law and legal developments.

Salary/Stipend
