Details of the Job/Internship

Trilegal is hiring an Associate or Senior Associate with 2 to 6 years of experience to join their office in Delhi NCR.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist with competition law advisory and antitrust investigations.
• Manage and execute merger control filings.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research, drafting, and regulatory analysis.
• Support the representation of clients before the CCI, NCLAT, Delhi High Court, and the Supreme Court of India.
• Coordinate multi-jurisdictional antitrust filings and liaise with international legal counsel.
• Address competition issues in sectors including financial services, telecom, infrastructure, and e-commerce.

Eligibility

• Qualified lawyer enrolled in the Bar Council of India.
• 2 to 6 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
• High standards of integrity and professionalism.
• Ability to align personal ambition with the collective goals of the firm.
