Details of the Job/Internship
Decoding Impact is hiring a Compliance Analyst / Associate with relevant experience to join their team in Bengaluru on a one-year contractual basis, with the possibility of conversion based on performance.
Role and Responsibilities
- Supporting and operating within Sattva’s compliance products and advisory services.
- Developing internal systems, processes, and external partnerships to strengthen compliance delivery.
- Working with teams to ensure customer success through effective compliance solutions.
- Creating narratives and thought leadership content on compliance.
- Providing guidance on CSR compliance, due diligence, and company law matters.
- Managing projects and contributing to compliance-related problem-solving in dynamic environments.
Eligibility
- Professional qualification in law (LLB) from India.
- Working knowledge of the Companies Act and CSR Law.
- Minimum one year of relevant experience in legal advisory, consulting, project management, corporates, or social enterprises.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within teams.
- Allied qualifications such as Company Secretary, Certified CSR Specialist, or diploma in corporate law are an added advantage.
- Basic legal drafting and review skills.
