Details of the Job/Internship

ACA Group is hiring for the position of Compliance Analyst to join their office in Pune. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct mock SEC examinations, compliance program reviews, and other consulting/testing engagements.
• Draft preliminary reports, compliance matrices, policies and procedures, and other client-facing documents.
• Research complex and emerging compliance issues to support client solutions.
• Perform email surveillance and forensic reviews of client records.
• Engage in the Analyst Training Program through structured learning, supervisor-led instruction, and hands-on case studies.
• Support internal initiatives and client projects with ad-hoc analysis and assistance as needed.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Academic focus in compliance, criminal justice, law, business, accounting, finance, or economics is preferred.
