Details of the Job/Internship

AlphaSense is hiring a Compliance Analyst to join its India Compliance Review team in Delhi. The role supports global operations by providing compliance review coverage across time zones, ensuring expert call content meets the highest legal and regulatory standards in a fast-paced environment.

Role and Responsibilities

• Review expert call transcripts to identify and resolve instances of material non-public or confidential information in line with internal protocols, applicable laws, and industry standards.
• Conduct due diligence reviews of calls, document violations, and escalate non-compliance as required under sourcing guidelines.
• Perform advanced research on financial reports and regulatory filings to assess whether information is publicly available.
• Manage internal and external communications efficiently in a time-sensitive environment.
• Handle administrative tasks such as data input, tracking, and maintenance of transcripts, processes, and workflows.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and compliance processes.

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of experience in research, compliance, legal support, operations, or similar roles is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Good reading comprehension with experience in proofreading, drafting, and research.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently.
• Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Salary/Stipend
