Details of the Job/Internship
AlphaSense is hiring a Compliance Analyst with experience of 1-2 years to join their office in Delhi, Delhi, India.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review expert call transcripts to detect and resolve instances of material nonpublic and confidential information.
- Complete comprehensive due diligence for each call and document or escalate any violations of sourcing guidelines.
- Conduct advanced research using financial reports and regulatory filings to determine if information is in the public domain.
- Proactively manage internal and external communications in a time-sensitive, dynamic environment.
- Input, track, and maintain accurate data on workflows and transcripts while identifying process improvements.
Eligibility
- 1-2 years of experience in compliance, research, legal support, or editorial operations is preferred but not required.
- Strong written and verbal fluency in English with high reading comprehension and proofreading skills.
- Acute attention to detail and experience in investigative research or drafting.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks under pressure.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and a proactive approach to innovative business solutions.
