Details of the Job/Internship
Flywire is hiring for the position of Compliance Analyst with 2-3 years of experience to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Support client onboarding by conducting due diligence, including open-source research, adverse media checks, and business profile assessments.
- Perform periodic KYC refreshes to ensure ongoing client compliance.
- Monitor transactions for potential fraud or suspicious activity; conduct investigations using internal systems and external resources.
- Assist in sanctions screening, reviewing alerts and escalating matches related to international watchlists.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance requirements are met across business units.
Eligibility
- 2–3 years of experience in financial crime or compliance operations.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- In-depth understanding of business entity structures and regulatory compliance (AML, KYC, sanctions).
- Strong analytical and investigative skills with attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
