Details of the Job/Internship
Mitsogo is looking for a candidate for the position of Compliance Analyst with 1 to 3 years of experience to join them at their office in Chennai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure compliance with laws and regulations relevant to the business.
- Assist in conducting risk assessments and internal audits.
- Help update and maintain internal policies and procedures.
- Support compliance training and awareness programs for staff.
- Investigate potential compliance issues and assist with corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to compliance activities.
- Work closely with legal, finance, and other departments on compliance-related matters.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a compliance or regulatory role.
- Basic knowledge of compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, SOX, AML).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic compliance management tools.
