Details of the Job/Internship
PnP Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for the position of Compliance Analyst with 1-3 years of experience to join their office in Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance policies.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Assist in preparing compliance reports and audits.
- Stay updated with local, national, and international compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement compliance best practices.
- Investigate compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and industry best practices.
- Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) is a must and ability to create reports using MS office is very important.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
