Details of the Job/Internship

Zappier Technologies is looking for a candidate for the position of Compliance Analyst with 3 to 4 years of experience to join them at their office in Kochi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Review compliance alerts on client accounts.
• Assist with reviewing client onboarding/KYC documents.
• Conduct transaction monitoring of client accounts.
• Review Sanctions List updates from the regulator.
• Generate grey list of securities.
• Maintain register of personal account dealings for staff.
• Ensure completion of mandatory training by staff.
• Compile and review staff Fit and Proper declarations.
• Liaise with auditors to compile documents required for internal/external audit.
• Support completion of surveys and submissions.
• Any other compliance related responsibilities.

Eligibility

• Bachelors/Master’s degree.
• 3-4 years’ experience working in a licensed/regulated business
• Past compliance experience.
• Excellent communications skills – both oral and written.
• Responsible, independent, extremely diligent and detailed.
• High stress tolerance.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
