Details of the Job/Internship

Oracle is hiring a Compliance and Ethics Analyst with 4+ years of legal experience to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Monitor and update compliance matters in Ethics Point until closure.
• Generate quarterly Global Compliance Reports for senior management and the Finance & Audit Committee.
• Prepare analytics and reporting on Management Action Plans arising from compliance investigations.
• Assist in training employees, partners, and suppliers on Compliance Policies.
• Conduct initial reviews for global compliance approvals.
• Maintain records of approval requests related to marketing, sponsorships, business courtesies, and conflicts.
• Provide administrative support to India Compliance Counsel.
• Guide internal departments on ethics, business conduct, and compliance issues.
• Assist in monitoring compliance policies and maintaining stakeholder relations

Eligibility

• Undergraduate legal degree.
• 4+ years of legal experience, preferably in global law firm and in-house settings.
• 2–3+ years of investigation, forensic audit, or compliance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of compliance investigations, FCPA, and UK Bribery Act desirable.
• Experience with Ethics Point application preferred.
• Strong judgment, analytical skills, interviewing skills, and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with excellent organisational skills.
• High integrity and commitment to ethical standards.
