Details of the Job/Internship
AJMS Global is hiring for the position of Compliance and Legal Manager with 7 years of experience to join their office in Jaipur.
Role and Responsibilities
- Ensure the company’s compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Develop, implement, and oversee regulatory compliance programs.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance risks.
- Provide legal advice and support on corporate governance, contracts, and regulatory matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, agreements, and contracts.
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure the organization adapts to new legal requirements.
- Design and deliver compliance training programs for employees.
- Investigate and resolve compliance issues, breaches, and complaints.
Eligibility
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in regulatory compliance and legal affairs.
- Professional certifications such as CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist), Company Secretary (CS), or other relevant certifications are mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements, risk management, and corporate governance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and MS Office Suite.
