Platinum Equity Group is hiring a Director of Operations for a full-time, to join their office in Patna. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational processes and ensure efficient execution across the organization.
• Drive operational efficiency by optimizing workflows and systems.
• Manage budgets and support financial planning and cost optimization.
• Lead, mentor, and develop teams to achieve performance goals.
• Analyze operational and performance data to support informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement growth strategies.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and client experience.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong experience in operations management and workflow optimization.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience in budgeting and financial planning.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience in real estate operations or investment management is an added advantage.

Salary/Stipend
