Details of the Job/Internship
Innovaccer Inc is looking for a candidate for the position of Complaince Associate.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage the compliance log to help facilitate timely resolution of matters, and prepare summary analytic reports about the matters logged.
- Manage the compliance plan to help facilitate the completion of planned tasks.
- Prepare draft reports for regulatory agencies and senior management as requested.
- Perform planned audit and monitoring activities such as exclusions checks, Business Associate Agreement (“BAA”) audits and similar activities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
- Assist with planning and documentation of committee meetings.
- Participate in the development and delivery of compliance training programs for employees.
- Assist with responding to internal compliance inquiries.
- Serve as the Innovaccer compliance representative in India.
- Keep abreast of industry best practices and recommend enhancements to the compliance program.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or related field.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, PowerBI or similar tools for data analysis and reporting.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Preferred experience and skills include.
- Professional certification in Compliance.
- Experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory role.
- Working knowledge of U.S. healthcare laws, regulations, and standard.
Salary/Stipend
