Details of the Job/Internship
Kimbal is hiring for the position of Compliance Associate with 0-1 year of experience to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Monitor, track, and ensure timely compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and update compliance checklists, trackers, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to gather data and prepare submissions.
- Flag upcoming deadlines, identify potential gaps, and generate regular compliance reports for management.
- Support audits, inspections, and compliance reviews, ensuring complete readiness.
- Stay abreast of changes in laws and regulations impacting the company’s operations.
- Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on compliance processes and tool usage.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or Chartered Accountancy.
- 0–1 year of experience in compliance, regulatory, or corporate governance roles (exposure to compliance management tools is a plus).
- Strong understanding of statutory and corporate compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
