Nextyn is looking for a candidate for the position of Compliance Associate.
Role and Responsibilities
Compliance Monitoring and Enforcement:
- Monitor consultations to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Enforce non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and confidentiality policies with experts and clients.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
Policy Development and Implementation:
- Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
- Update and maintain compliance documentation to reflect current best practices and regulatory changes.
Training and Support:
- Provide training and support to internal teams and external experts on compliance requirements.
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new experts, emphasizing the importance of confidentiality and compliance.
Incident Management:
- Investigate potential breaches of compliance and take appropriate action.
- Report incidents to senior management and recommend corrective measures.
Regulatory Awareness:
- Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance trends.
- Ensure Nextyn's practices are aligned with legal and regulatory requirements.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with legal, operations, and client service teams to address compliance-related issues.
- Coordinate with external legal advisors as needed.
Legal and Contracts:
- Draft, review, and manage contracts, including NDAs and other legal agreements with experts and clients.
- Ensure all contracts comply with legal and regulatory standards.
- Provide legal support and advice to internal teams on compliance and contract-related matters.
- Maintain accurate records of all legal documents and contracts.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in law, business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in compliance within the expert network industry.
- Strong understanding of confidentiality and MNPI.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary/Stipend
