Details of the Job/Internship
Regalwhiz solutions is hiring a Compliance Associate to join them in Chennai office.
Role and Responsibilities
The Compliance Manager will be responsible for ensuring adherence to legal standards, managing compliance audits, developing compliance policies and procedures, and conducting training sessions on compliance regulations.
Eligibility
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, legal standards, and compliance audits
- Experience in developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures
- Timely filing of returns like MGT-7 (Annual Return), AOC-4 (Financial Statements), and event-based forms (e.g., changes in directors, registered office, or shareholding).
- Maintaining statutory registers, meeting minutes, and other legal documents as mandated by law.
- Providing guidance on compliance matters, corporate governance, and legal updates.
- Coordinating with the Registrar of Companies and other authorities for clarifications, approvals, and inspections.
- Staying updated with amendments in laws and ensuring organizational processes align with new regulations.
- Assisting in the preparation of agendas, resolutions, and notices while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
- Identifying non-compliance risks, implementing corrective measures, and supporting audits or inspections.
- Handling compliance for company incorporations, mergers, winding up, or other corporate changes.
- Working with finance, legal, and secretarial teams to streamline compliance efforts.
- Conducting awareness programs for employees on compliance obligations.
- Any Bachelor's degree or related field to business, Semi qualified CS, CA.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
