Details of the Job/Internship
Regalwhiz Solutions is hiring for the position of Compliance Associate to join their office in Chennai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Oversee and ensure timely compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
- Perform ROC filings and support secretarial compliance activities.
- Support company registration, licensing, and documentation processes.
- Identify and address compliance risks across various business functions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain up-to-date regulatory records.
- Assist in preparing reports, filings, and responses for legal and compliance matters.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a semi-qualified CA/CS.
- Solid understanding of compliance management and ROC/secretarial work.
- Working knowledge of regulatory frameworks and legal compliance standards.
- Strong analytical skills with a detail-focused approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
- Highly organized with strong time-management capabilities.
