Details of the Job/Internship
Turbostart is hiring for the position of Compliance Associate with 0-1 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conducting due diligence for startups registered in India.
- Coordinating directly with portfolio companies on compliance matters.
- Drafting and managing documentation for the issuance and allotment of securities.
- Ensuring adherence to Shareholders’ Agreements and corporate law compliance.
- Preparing Board Meeting notices, agendas, minutes, and annexures.
- Drafting Director’s Reports, AGM notices, and annual compliance documents.
- Filing forms and managing regulatory submissions under the Companies Act, 2013.
- Supporting startups with local registrations and ongoing statutory compliance.
- Assisting with statutory audits and related coordination.
- Managing compliance under FEMA, SEBI AIF Regulations, and other applicable laws.
Eligibility
- Qualified Company Secretary (CS) with up to 1 year of post-qualification experience.
- Solid knowledge of Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI AIF Regulations, and other corporate laws.
- Excellent communication and drafting skills.
- Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Eager to grow with startups and contribute meaningfully to their journeys.
Salary/Stipend
