Details of the Job/Internship

ValzoSoft Solutions is hiring for the position of Compliance Associate with 1-3 years of experience to join their office in Hyderabad.

Role and Responsibilities

• Monitor, interpret, and stay up to date with applicable laws, regulations, and industry guidelines relevant to company operations.
• Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Conduct periodic compliance audits, reviews, and risk assessments to identify potential issues and recommend improvements.
• Maintain thorough documentation of compliance activities, including audits, investigations, and training records.
• Support internal investigations into compliance concerns and assist in preparing reports and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate and deliver compliance training programs to employees across departments.
• Prepare and submit regulatory filings and compliance reports in a timely and accurate manner.
• Assist in responding to regulatory examinations, audits, and other reviews by external or internal bodies.
• Collaborate with various departments to integrate compliance protocols into daily business operations.
• Track and communicate updates on relevant laws and regulations impacting the organization.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in compliance, risk management, legal, or a similar field (preferred).
• Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, SEC, FINRA, etc., as applicable).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with compliance or risk management software.

Salary/Stipend
