Details of the Job/Internship

IDEMIA Group is hiring a Compliance Controller with 3-4 years of experience to join them in Noida office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance of all legal entities in India, irrespective of Divisions and locations.
• Conception and implementation of ‘Compliance Management Tool’ in India.
• Following-up and co-ordination with relevant Business and Functional stakeholders in India.
• Gap analysis, MIS, Reporting to the Board and Senior Management in India.
• Dealing with various regulatory authorities, as required from time to time.
• Regular update to regulatory compliance matrix to Board and Senior Management in India.
• Conducting trainings and awareness sessions.

Eligibility

• Experience required: 3 – 4 years.
• Qualification: CS / Law / Compliance Certifications.

Salary/Stipend
