Details of the Job/Internship
IDEMIA Group is hiring for the position of Compliance Controller with 3-4 years of experience to join their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Ensure full statutory and regulatory compliance across all legal entities, divisions, and locations within India.
- Design, implement, and manage a Compliance Management Tool tailored for Indian operations.
- Collaborate and coordinate with business and functional leaders across divisions to ensure timely compliance.
- Conduct gap analyses, maintain compliance records (MIS), and prepare reports for the Board and senior leadership.
- Interface with various regulatory authorities as required and ensure timely responses and filings.
- Maintain and regularly update the regulatory compliance matrix for reporting to the Board and senior management.
- Organize and conduct training sessions and awareness programs on compliance topics for internal stakeholders.
Eligibility
- Strong understanding of India’s regulatory and statutory compliance landscape.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives to closure.
- Comfortable operating in a structured MNC environment with defined processes and approval protocols.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
