Berns Brett India Insurance Broking Private Limited is hiring for the position of Compliance Coordinator to join their office in Navi Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and statutory requirements applicable to the insurance sector.
- Conduct internal audits and assessments to identify compliance gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance documentation and reports.
- Facilitate effective communication regarding compliance policies across the organization.
- Develop and deliver compliance training sessions for employees to ensure understanding of regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies, external auditors, and internal stakeholders as needed.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks and guidelines.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret and apply regulatory requirements effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Prior experience in the insurance industry is preferred.
- Ability to deliver training and promote awareness of compliance practices across teams.
