Details of the Job/Internship
Global University Systems is hiring an Executive Assistant with a specialization in Corporate Law to support its Executive Team in Telangana.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft legal documents and routine correspondence.
- Organize and manage legal files and documentation.
- Conduct legal research and assist in preparing arguments and summaries.
- Prepare, format, and file legal documents with authorities.
- Communicate with clients, manage calendars, and support client intake.
- Assist in billing processes and maintain records.
- Manage electronic filing systems and ensure confidentiality.
- Collaborate with legal teams and support ongoing operations.
Eligibility
- Full-time degree with specialization in Corporate Law.
- Experience in drafting contracts and agreements.
- Exposure to International Law.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
