Details of the Job/Internship

PayRup is hiring for the position of Compliance Coordinator with 1-3 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Support product documentation, release coordination, and feature prioritization.
• Ensure adherence to RBI, NPCI, and UPI guidelines across all offerings.
• Assist with regulatory audits, reporting, and compliance documentation (KYC, AML, PMLA).
• Collaborate with Product, Tech, Legal, and Operations teams to integrate compliance into product design.
• Track industry trends and regulatory updates to proactively address risks.
• Draft and maintain SOPs, compliance manuals, and regulatory filings.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Finance, Law, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in fintech, banking, payments, or compliance.
• Solid understanding of digital payments, UPI ecosystem, and RBI regulations.
• Strong skills in documentation, analysis, and communication.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive in a fast-paced environment.

Salary/Stipend
