Details of the Job/Internship
Dr. Reddy's Laboratories is looking for a candidate for the position of Compliance Director.
Role and Responsibilities
- Oversee, maintain, and innovate an effective compliance employee engagement and communication program for the organization.
- Manage the Business Compliance Program in cooperation with stakeholders, evaluating effectiveness through key metrics.
- Develop, maintain, revise, and operationalize policies, procedures, protocols, guidelines, and training materials.
- Monitor legal and regulatory trends, prioritize legal and compliance issues, and determine appropriate courses of action.
- Conduct systematic audits for monitoring and reviewing Business Compliance Program controls and support the conduct of external audits by licensing partners/ corporate functions.
- Respond to conflict of interest questions and gift approvals, driving standardization in accordance with the Company's global policies while being cognizant of the BU requirements and regional laws.
- Serve as a change agent and champion leading the compliance organization for ongoing growth and transformation for India Business across all of its markets.
Eligibility
- A graduate/professional qualification in law, finance or other discipline from a reputed university in India.
- 10-15 years of experience as a legal professional with compliance experience, preferably in the pharma/healthcare sector; experience in a US listed company, handling compliance will be beneficial.
