Details of the Job/Internship
ATAM LABEL is hiring for the position of Compliance Executive to joint heir office in Solan.
Role and Responsibilities
- Ensure ongoing compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry standards (e.g., Sedex, Higg Index, TQP, ISO).
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify areas of non-compliance.
- Prepare detailed compliance reports and present findings to management.
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting the manufacturing sector.
- Provide guidance and training to internal teams on compliance matters.
- Promote a company-wide culture of accountability, integrity, and compliance.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks and industry-specific standards.
- Experience with Sedex, Higg Index, TQP, and ISO compliance is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in an on-site manufacturing environment.
- Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
