Buoyant Capital is looking for a candidate for the position of Compliance Executive to join them at their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• The primary responsibilities include ensuring adherence to regulatory compliance, monitoring and implementing compliance programs, and conducting audits.
• The role involves coordinating with various departments, preparing compliance reports, and providing guidance on legal and regulatory matters.
• The Compliance Executive will assist in managing relationships with regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders.

Eligibility

• Strong understanding of Regulatory Compliance and Law principles.
• Analytical Skills, including the ability to evaluate processes, identify risks, and recommend solutions.
• Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with internal teams and external regulators.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Relevant certifications or prior experience in compliance or regulatory functions are highly preferred.

Salary/Stipend
