NLB Services is hiring a Compliance Executive with 1–2 years of experience to join its on-site team in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage compliance activities under statutory and labour laws.
- Prepare and respond to client compliance and internal audits.
- Ensure timely completion of filings, record maintenance, and documentation.
- Support regulatory adherence and audit readiness across departments.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, HR, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in compliance or HR operations.
- Strong understanding of statutory compliances, labour laws, and regulatory procedures.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
