Details of the Job/Internship
Legal Headss is hiring a Compliance Intern with relevant academic background to join their office in Pune.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and reviewing compliance documentation.
- Support ROC filings, board resolutions, and annual returns.
- Conduct research on regulatory updates and compliance requirements.
- Help maintain statutory registers and documentation records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for compliance data and reporting.
- Support drafting and reviewing contracts or legal records.
- Assist in compliance audits and due diligence checks.
- Track compliance deadlines and prepare reminder reports.
- Prepare MIS reports and presentations for compliance activities.
Eligibility
- Pursuing or completed B.Com, BBA, BA.LLB, B.Com LLB, CS Executive, or related degree.
- Freshers interested in corporate law and compliance are welcome.
- Basic understanding of the Companies Act, 2013.
- Knowledge of corporate compliance frameworks.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Good communication and research abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
