Manupatra is inviting applications for the position of an Assessment Intern to work with them at their office in Noida.

Role and Responsibilities

Legal & Regulatory Research

• Research various Central and State laws, rules, and regulations.
• Assist in identifying statutory compliance requirements across industries.
• Support the team in tracking regulatory updates and amendments.

Compliance Content Development

• Help create and structure compliance checklists for statutory obligations.
• Assist in preparing compliance calendars and regulatory update summaries.
• Support the team in organizing legal information for compliance tools.

Compliance Software Exposure

• Learn how compliance requirements are translated into structured workflows for software platforms.
• Assist in reviewing and updating legal compliance content in the system.

Documentation & Data Quality

• Assist in documentation review and compliance data organization.
• Support the team in quality checks and verification of compliance content.

Client & Product Exposure

• Get exposure to client requirements and compliance implementation processes.
• Assist senior team members in product demonstrations and discussions.

Eligibility

• Final year LL.B. students (Batch of 2026).
• Fresh graduates (LL.B. – 2025 batch) may also apply.
• Interest in corporate compliance, regulatory research, and legal technology.
