Details of the Job/Internship

ASC Group is hiring a Payroll Compliance & Labour Law Consultant with experience of 2+ years to join their office in Bangalore. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing in line with statutory and client-specific requirements.
• Advise clients on compliance with labour laws including Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), Professional Tax (PT), Labour Welfare Fund (LWF), Shops and Establishment Act, Payment of Wages Act, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Bonus Act, and Payment of Gratuity Act.
• Conduct labour law compliance audits and prepare detailed reports.
• File statutory returns and maintain proper compliance documentation.
• Liaise with government authorities and represent clients during inspections or hearings.
• Stay updated on labour law amendments and ensure client compliance.
• Support client onboarding, compliance setup, and documentation review.
• Assist in drafting policies related to employee compensation and statutory benefits.
• Resolve client queries related to payroll, taxation, and statutory deductions.

Eligibility

• Experience: 2+ years.
