Details of the Job/Internship
Piramal Finance is hiring a Compliance Lead – Retail Business with 12+ years of experience to join its retail compliance function in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Act as the primary compliance contact for retail business segments including housing loans, personal loans, digital lending, and LAP.
- Provide regulatory guidance and clarifications to internal stakeholders.
- Review new retail products, initiatives, and processes from a compliance perspective.
- Update and monitor retail compliance policies and procedures.
- Track regulatory developments and assess business impact.
- Support the Chief Compliance Officer in regulatory adherence.
- Manage regulatory inspections, including pre- and post-inspection activities.
- Identify compliance risks and implement corrective action plans.
- Drive compliance automation and related projects.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Eligibility
- CA, CS, LLB, or MBA (Finance).
- Minimum 12 years of experience in compliance with banks or NBFCs.
- Strong knowledge of RBI regulations related to retail lending.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
