Details of the Job/Internship
Quikr is hiring a Compliance & Legal Executive with 2–3 years of experience for a remote role based in Bangalore.
Role and Responsibilities
- Maintain and track global finance compliance calendars across multiple geographies.
- Monitor statutory obligations, including finance compliance requirements and regulatory filings.
- Track annual and event-based compliance submissions and acknowledgements.
- Obtain and manage compliance confirmations from internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and escalate compliance delays, gaps, or risks.
- Review and coordinate documentation for MSAs, EOR agreements, and employment contracts.
- Track contract execution, renewals, amendments, and version control.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external legal partners to close documentation.
Eligibility
- CS or MBA (Finance) qualification.
- 2–3 years of experience in compliance, legal coordination, or finance compliance roles.
- Exposure to multi-country compliance tracking is preferred.
- Strong understanding of corporate and finance compliance processes.
- Basic knowledge of legal and commercial contracts.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, compliance trackers, and documentation tools.
- Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
