Details of the Job/Internship
ICICI Lombard is looking for a candidate for the position of Compliance Legal Manager with 1 to 2 years of experience to join their Mumbai office.
Role and Responsibilities
- To manage the activities pertaining to the regulatory and compliance function of the company.
- To undertake legal structuring of transactions and relationships and advise business operations on legal and compliance issues.
- To conduct the compliance audit.
Eligibility
Education Requirements: only Law Graduates with CS can apply (Both Mandatory).
Minimum Experience: 1-2 years of experience in the Compliance function (looking candidate - only from Insurance industry with proven track record in service delivery).
