Details of the Job/Internship
Bangladesh Honda Private Limited (BHL) is looking for a candidate for the position of Compliance & Litigation Staff.
Role and Responsibilities
- Prepare legal opinions and apply them by comprehensively analyzing regulatory content and business circumstances.
- Draft and review agreements, manage licensing procedures, and represent companies in dealings with government institutions or during hearings.
Eligibility
- Bachelor of Law.
- Have PKPA participation certificate.
- Able to drive a car and have a driving license.
- Preferably have working experience in legal.
- Proficient in Ms. Office & English.
- Placement in Sunter, North Jakarta.
