ABC Digital, a wholly owned subsidiary of Aditya Birla Capital, was established in 2023 to distribute Aditya Birla Capital products and offer services to customers. These services include web-based solutions, e-commerce, payment facilities, and other related activities. ABC Digital is developing an omni-channel D2C platform (website and app) for seamless customer acquisition and service. Additionally, ABC Digital has launched virtual engagement management through inbound and outbound calls and is selling various ABC products to walk-in branch customers.

Details of the Job/Internship

ABCD Aditya Birla Capital Digital is hiring for the position of Compliance Manager with 9+ years of experience to join their office in Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Compliance Management: Ensure timely and orderly compliance with all corporate law regulations, including those of SEBI, MCA, stock exchanges, RBI, AMFI, and other relevant regulatory bodies.
• Monitoring Statutory Compliances: Regularly follow up with internal teams to complete required filings within prescribed timelines. Develop guidelines, SOPs, and document templates to ensure good governance and compliance.
• Regulatory Updates: Stay up to date with SEBI, AMFI, and RBI regulations on a daily basis, including changes to regulatory frameworks. Develop and implement plans to incorporate these changes within the organization.
• Filing Forms and Returns: Prepare and file necessary forms, returns, applications, and other documents with applicable regulators. Maintain proactive communication with auditors, regulators, and internal/external stakeholders.
• Secretarial Audits and Board Meetings: Assist with secretarial audits and provide support for the conduct of board meetings.

Eligibility

• Education: A Company Secretary (CS) qualification is mandatory. An LLB is an added advantage.
• Experience: Minimum 9+ years in compliance roles, with exposure to mutual fund distribution (AMFI) and lending (RBI/NBFC regulations).
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of SEBI, AMFI, RBI, and NBFC compliance requirements. Familiarity with regulatory updates and timely compliance.
