Arron Insurance Brokers Private Limited is hiring a Compliance Manager to join their office in Ahmedabad. The role involves overseeing regulatory adherence, legal compliance, risk mitigation, recovery processes, and resolution activities, while coordinating with internal teams, borrowers, vendors, and regulatory bodies to ensure alignment with applicable laws and organisational standards.
Role and Responsibilities
- Ensuring end-to-end compliance with applicable laws, including the SARFAESI Act, RBI directives, and other regulatory guidelines.
- Drafting, vetting, and issuing legal notices, agreements, applications, and formal communications.
- Maintaining detailed compliance documentation for audit and regulatory purposes.
- Monitoring and updating compliance policies in line with regulatory changes.
- Conducting due diligence on distressed assets to identify legal risks.
- Overseeing resolution activities, legal proceedings, and possession processes for secured assets.
- Tracking borrower repayments and compliance with agreed resolution terms.
- Leading negotiations with borrowers for recovery, restructuring, or settlements.
- Managing NPA resolution strategies, CIRP-related submissions, COC meetings, and insolvency compliance.
- Managing MIS data and overseeing vendor onboarding and contractual compliance.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams for timely and compliant execution of legal and operational matters.
- Developing process improvements, supporting growth initiatives, and conducting internal compliance training.
Eligibility
- LL.B. with strong knowledge of legal and compliance frameworks.
- Proven experience in handling SARFAESI Act matters, recovery management, and legal resolutions.
- Strong drafting, vetting, and documentation skills.
- Excellent analytical ability to interpret legal risks and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills to interact with borrowers, regulators, legal forums, and internal leadership.
- Ability to manage multiple compliance projects and work with diverse stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working in high-pressure compliance environments.
