Details of the Job/Internship
Decentro is hiring a Compliance Manager with 2–5 years of experience to join their Bengaluru office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze circulars, guidelines, and updates from NPCI, RBI, MeiTY, and other regulators.
- Assess the impact of regulatory changes on operations, products, and services.
- Communicate compliance updates to internal teams and coordinate implementation.
- Liaise with banks, partners, and regulators on compliance-related matters.
- Prepare and submit reports or responses to regulatory bodies.
- Implement new compliance processes, SOPs, and internal policies.
- Support compliance training and audits.
- Maintain detailed records of compliance communications and documentation.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or related field preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in compliance or regulatory affairs.
- Experience handling RBI, NPCI, or MeiTY regulations.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
