Details of the Job/Internship
Decentro is hiring a Compliance Manager with 2–5 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Monitor and interpret circulars and guidelines from RBI, NPCI, MeiTY, and other regulators.
- Analyze the impact of regulatory changes on operations and products.
- Communicate regulatory updates across internal teams.
- Coordinate compliance efforts with banks, partners, and regulators.
- Implement new compliance SOPs, policies, and processes.
- Assist in compliance training and documentation.
- Support audit processes and maintain compliance records.
Eligibility
- LLB or equivalent degree preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in regulatory affairs or compliance roles.
- Prior exposure to regulatory bodies like RBI, NPCI, or MeiTY.
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
- Proficient in MS Office tools.
Salary/Stipend
