Details of the Job/Internship

Desire Energy Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Compliance Manager at their Jaipur office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage direct and indirect taxation such as GST and Income Tax.
• Handle compliance with labour laws, return filings, MCA filings, resolutions, and assessments.
• Ensure timely statutory compliance and assist in audits, notice replies, and hearings.
• Provide tax planning, advisory services, and risk management support.
• Coordinate with commercial tax departments, consultants, and auditors for audits and reviews.
• Offer tax-related advice on business transactions and contracts.
• Prepare and review monthly and annual tax provisions and disclosures in financial statements.

Eligibility

• Qualified/Semi-qualified CA, CS, LLB, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, Labour Laws, and Corporate Compliance.
• Hands-on experience with return filings, assessments, and regulatory submissions.
• Minimum 1 year of experience each in GST, indirect taxation, and direct taxation.

Salary/Stipend
