DLF Hospitality is hiring a Compliance Manager with 8–10 years of experience to support and strengthen its compliance framework across operational sites.
Role and Responsibilities
Operational Excellence:
- Conduct compliance checks across operational sites.
- Verify licences, registrations, and permits for accuracy and validity.
- Maintain structured compliance records for audits and reporting.
Compliance Monitoring & Governance:
- Identify and document non-compliance issues.
- Escalate concerns and track closure of compliance gaps.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance frameworks.
Applied Learning:
- Stay updated on laws and compliance requirements.
- Build awareness among site teams on compliance standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of compliance processes.
Stakeholder Coordination:
- Collaborate with site teams and business stakeholders.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution.
- Align operational practices with compliance requirements.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records of inspections and compliance status.
- Prepare reports and dashboards for audits and internal reviews.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of documentation.
Business & Risk Awareness:
- Identify compliance risks through audits and assessments.
- Recommend preventive and corrective measures.
- Support development of a proactive compliance culture.
Occupational Health & Safety:
- Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
- Identify risks related to non-compliance.
- Support safety audits and compliance requirements.
Eligibility
- Degree in LL.B. / CS + LL.B. / LL.M. or related discipline.
- 8–10 years of experience in compliance, auditing, or regulatory roles.
- Experience in construction, infrastructure, or site compliance preferred.
