Details of the Job/Internship
Emkay Global Financial Services Ltd is hiring a Compliance Manager for its Mumbai office, targeting candidates with 3–5 years of experience in compliance and legal functions within the AIF/PMS domain.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage SEBI compliance filings: monthly, quarterly, annual.
- Handle RBI, FATCA/CRS, FIRMS-related submissions.
- Prepare and update Private Placement Memorandums and related trust/legal documents.
- Liaise with SEBI, auditors, counsels, and service providers.
- Monitor regulatory updates and ensure policy compliance.
- Assist with drafting/vetting of agreements and marketing materials.
- Conduct and maintain minutes for investment/valuation committee meetings.
- Maintain accurate compliance records and reports.
- Coordinate with the group compliance team for multi-vertical compliance.
Eligibility
- Graduate/Post Graduate with a Law Degree (preferred)..
- NISM Series-III-A certification is an added advantage.
- 3–5 years of experience in compliance/legal functions, preferably in AIF/PMS.
