Details of the Job/Internship

Goodday Ventures (India) Private Limited is hiring a Compliance Manager to join their office in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area.

Role and Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce compliance procedures across all domestic and international business units.
• Handle and oversee operational audits to ensure alignment with legal frameworks.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks associated with trade and distribution.
• Ensure strict adherence to local and international laws regarding the export and import of commodities.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain internal ethical policies.
• Develop and execute corrective action plans based on audit findings.
• Utilize analytics and reporting tools to track and improve compliance performance.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of compliance regulations, risk management, and legal frameworks.
• Experience in conducting operational audits and implementing corrective strategies.
• Proficiency in analytics and reporting for compliance monitoring.
• Advantage: Prior knowledge of the agricultural commodities and distribution sectors.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and professional communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a full-time, on-site environment.
