Details of the Job/Internship

Illusion Dental Laboratory is hiring a Compliance Manager to join its on-site team in Mumbai. This is a full-time role involving oversight of regulatory compliance, development and implementation of compliance policies, conducting audits and risk assessments, and ensuring adherence to legal, regulatory, and internal standards. The role also requires providing compliance guidance to employees, identifying potential risks, addressing operational gaps, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with applicable frameworks and protocols.

Role and Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure adherence to applicable regulatory frameworks.
• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks and operational inconsistencies.
• Provide compliance-related guidance and training to employees.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure processes align with legal, regulatory, and internal standards.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, compliance policies, and audit procedures.
• Experience in compliance, preferably within the healthcare or dental industry.
• Proficiency in compliance management software is an added advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality.

Salary/Stipend
