Details of the Job/Internship

Jubilant Pharmova Limited is hiring for the position of Compliance Manager with 8+ years of experience to join their office in Noida.

Role and Responsibilities

• Develop, draft, and regularly update internal policies and procedures to ensure ongoing legal and regulatory compliance.
• Establish and manage an effective compliance program, including forming and coordinating a cross-functional compliance committee.
• Monitor and interpret evolving laws, regulations, and industry standards, and ensure appropriate updates and dissemination across the organization.
• Oversee and maintain the Conformity Tool, ensuring compliance ownership is up to date and timely status updates are completed by responsible teams.
• Conduct regular inspections and validation visits to plant sites and offices to assess and enforce on-ground compliance.
• Identify non-compliance issues, develop corrective action plans, and ensure timely resolution and implementation.
• Educate and train employees across levels on compliance requirements, internal policies, and industry regulations.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all compliance activities and investigations.
• Prepare regular compliance reports for senior leadership and regulatory bodies.
• Lead monthly stakeholder meetings to communicate and review compliance status and address potential risks.

Eligibility

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB), Master’s in Finance, or a related discipline.

Experience:

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in compliance, legal, or regulatory roles within a similar environment or industry.
