We provide EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) services along with complete assistance to fulfil them.
Details of the Job/Internship
Nirmal Vasundhara Pvt. Ltd is looking for a candidate for the position of Compliance Associate with 2 to 3 years of experience to join them at their office in Surat.
Role and Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with PWM (Plastic Waste Management) Rules as per the guidelines of the Pollution Control Board.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and implement necessary changes in company practices.
- Oversee the registration and submission of annual returns for PIBO (Producers, Importers, and Brand Owners) and Recyclers on the Central Pollution Control Board’s portal.
- Manage all EPR-related tasks and ensure the organization meets its responsibilities under EPR.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret compliance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead and manage a team of compliance officers.
- Provide training and development to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Address and resolve compliance-related queries from internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Serve as a point of contact for regulatory authorities and ensure timely resolution of compliance issues.
- Maintain proper documentation and records as per regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of compliance-related documents and reports.
- Utilize MS Office suite, with a strong preference for advanced Excel skills, to manage and analyze compliance data.
- Ensure the effective use of compliance software and tools for data management and reporting.
Eligibility
- Full time graduation in any field.
- 2-3 years of experience in EPR-related work, preferably in a compliance.
- In-depth knowledge of PWM, EWM, BWM & TWM Rules and other relevant regulations.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office, particularly Excel (advanced level).
- Familiarity with the X-Gen portal and other compliance-related software.
