Details of the Job/Internship

PInterview is is hiring for the position of a Compliance Officer to join their office remotely. 

Role and Responsibilities

The Compliance Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the organization adheres to legal standards and in-house policies. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing compliance programs, reviewing company policies, advising management on possible risks, conducting regular audits, and providing compliance training to staff.

Eligibility

• Experience in developing and implementing compliance programs.
• Strong understanding of legal guidelines and corporate governance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and training abilities.
• Ability to conduct regular audits and risk assessments.
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
