Details of the Job/Internship
Prachay Group is hiring a Compliance Manager to join them in Pune office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Thorough knowledge of all provisions with respect to applicable regulations of SEBI, RBI and Companies Act, 2013.
- Drafting and maintenance of secretarial records of all group entities and audit.
- Conducting board and investor meetings.
- Skilled with SEBI AIF and ancillary compliances.
- Handle process for dematerialization of any securities.
- Handling investor onboarding process in Prachay Group and manage investor relationship by facilitating resolutions to queries.
- Timely coordination with intermediaries. Eg: Depositories, DPs, RTA, Trustee, Custodian etc.
- Be acquainted with Online Bond Platform regulations and its operations.
- Stay updated with regulatory and compliance amen.
