Details of the Job/Internship

Rajeev Matta & Co. is hiring for the position of Compliance Manager with 3-5 years of experience to join their office in New Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% compliance with applicable legislations, including the Factories Act, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Wages Act, CLRA, Shops & Establishment Acts, ESI Act, PF Act, PT & LWF Act.
• Maintain and update statutory registers, compliance records, and mandatory returns.
• Manage timely submission of contributions, filings, and returns to statutory authorities (PF, ESIC, Labour Department, Factory Inspectorate, etc.).
• Conduct periodic compliance and safety audits across sites; ensure corrective and preventive measures are implemented.
• Track and communicate updates on labour law amendments, wage revisions, and compliance standards to stakeholders.
• Liaise with contractors, vendors, and government authorities to ensure seamless statutory compliance.

Eligibility

• Strong knowledge of Labour Law compliance, CLRA, Factories Act, Shops & Establishment regulations.
• Familiarity with central and state-specific statutory requirements.
• Proficiency in maintaining statutory registers and compliance records.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders including contractors and regulatory bodies.
• High attention to detail with strong deadline-driven work ethic.
• 3–5 years of experience in Labour Law and S&E compliance, preferably in manufacturing, construction, PE, or multi-site organizations.
